AC Milan have completed the signing of Brescia’s young goalkeeper Stefano Gori in a co-ownership deal.
The struggling giants will see their new signing join the youth academy immediately, while Lorenzo Ferrari will move the opposite way as part of the deal.
Tuttomercatoweb have confirmed the transaction, with the Rossoneri’s commitment to youth investment listed as a reason as to why the transfer has taken place.
Coach Pippo Inzaghi turned down the managerial role at Sassuolo last week, and the purchase of Gori has been described as a “gift” for the legend’s commitment to the club.
Inzaghi will continue to oversee Milan’s youth development and will be eager to incorporate Gori as soon as possible.
